Social WiFi
When Bord Gais Energy needed a partner to deliver WiFi for the 2014 Sockies IT Guys provided the solution. Using Social WiFi we provided a simple mechanism for guests to connect and live tweet during the event.
The Challenge: Over 600 people needed to tweet and connect to high speed internet during the event in an auditorium that blocked 3G signal. This included peak moments when the entire audiance would be asked to connect to the WiFi and tweet. IT Guys delivered a high performance Cisco based Wifi Mesh WiFi Network to the Bord Gais Theatre to ensure all attendees could connect easily.
